After the conclusion of project MK-Ultra, a second operation was quickly organized. This new project, Project MK-Blackbird, intended to push drugs such as cocaine| and LSD to 20-30 year olds, specifically targeting ones who were pregnant or trying for children. The project entered full swing in 1980, and was a massive success. The outcomes of this experiment can still be felt in the younger US population today.
